Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group programs, and participants agree to respect each other’s privacy.

If you enroll in a subscription or membership:

• Your billing information is processed through our third-party      provider
• We retain only what is necessary to administer your plan (e.g.,      contact, invoice, and renewal records)
• Subscription payment, renewal, and cancellation terms are governed      by our Terms & Conditions

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent. Parent coaching does not create a coach-child relationship.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you

• Request deletion of your data, unless retention is required by law      or for billing records
