Leadership clients, career-focused clients, and couples acknowledge that coaching does not guarantee:

• Employment, advancement, or promotion
• Team performance outcomes
• Relationship reconciliation or continuation

Coaching provides tools and support — not guaranteed outcomes.

4. Confidentiality Limits

While coaching conversations are private, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in the following situations:

• Group coaching or workshops (where other participants are present)
• Legal requirements to report (risk of harm or court order)
• Technology limitations (data transmitted through third-party      systems)

5. Use of Website and Resources

Any strategies, exercises, videos, tools, worksheets, or digital downloads are for personal use only and are provided “as is” for educational purposes. They may not be shared, distributed, or republished without written consent. No professional-client relationship is formed by use of free materials alone.

6. Subscriptions, Sessions, and Scheduling

Participation in any coaching, subscription, or session signifies agreement to the Company’s Terms & Conditions, including:

• The 24-hour rescheduling policy
• The 15-minute lateness forfeiture rule
• Non-refundable payments
• Subscription billing terms
• “Use it or lose it” session policies for memberships

The Disclaimer works in conjunction with, and does not override, the full Terms & Conditions.

7. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for decisions, actions, or results arising from coaching participation or from applying any information provided through our website, sessions, or resources. You agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims connected to your use of our Services.

8. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable Canadian regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in Newmarket, ON, through mediation or, if necessary, legal action.
